# Data Deletion Policy ## Introduction This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request the deletion of their data collected through our application. We are committed to user privacy and follow the guidelines provided by Facebook and Google. ## Facebook Data Deletion Instructions ### Manual Deletion Request If you want to delete your Facebook-related data, please contact us: - Email: support@a3ticketing.com - Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request Include: - Full name - Facebook User ID (if available) - Email used to log in Your request will be processed within 7 working days. ### Automated Deletion via Facebook You can also remove the app directly from Facebook: 1. Open Facebook. 2. Go to **Settings & Privacy → Settings**. 3. Select **Security and Login → Apps and Websites**. 4. Find our application. 5. Click **Remove**. Removing the app deletes permissions and any shared data. ## Google Data Deletion Instructions ### Manual Deletion Request To delete Google login or account data, contact us: - Email: support@a3ticketing.com - Subject: Google Data Deletion Request Include: - Full name - Google account email - User ID (if provided by the app) Your request will be processed within 7 working days. ### Removing Access via Google You can also remove app access directly from your Google Account: 1. Visit https://myaccount.google.com 2. Go to **Security** 3. Scroll to **Third-party apps with account access** 4. Select our application 5. Click **Remove Access** Once removed, any associated data will be deleted from our system within 7 days. ## Data Retention We only store data as long as required to operate the application. When a deletion request is received, all user-related data is permanently removed from our servers, logs, and backups within 7 business days.
